About the Role
Deliver functional capacity assessments and meaningful intervention plans that support people to live with more confidence and autonomy.
Build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychologists, BSPs, OTs, speech pathologists) to provide wrap-around, survivor-led care.
Support individuals across home, community, and supported accommodation settings — wherever care is most needed.
Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction — not compliance.

About You




AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with solid clinical and documentation skills.
Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with psychosocial or physical disabilities, ideally in community or disability contexts.
Passionate about trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.
Able to work independently with robust time management and communication skills.
Deep respect for lived experience — whether your own or that of the people you support.
