The opportunity: Part time Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Support Team in Wagga Wagga. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - setting the tone for every visit with a warm welcome and reliable support behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:
Greeting and supporting clients with a warm, skilled approach
Coordinating patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Managing phone and email enquiries with clear, friendly communication
Processing patient billing and payments

What you'll bring:

Robust communication skills and a team-first mindset
A results-driven approach, with the initiative to find solutions
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A great phone manner and natural people skills
Proficient with computer systems
A current driver's licence
Flexibility to work a mix of evenings and early mornings within our operating hours (Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm).
