We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Retail All-Rounder to join our Bondi Junction Electrical team , supporting our online and in-store operations while developing skills across multiple areas of the business.

In This Role You Will
Support store operations across stock management, ticketing, and merchandising
Fulfil online and Click & Collect orders with accuracy and same-day turnaround
Liaise with online customers and the Harvey Norman Online team to manage enquiries, back orders, and resolve issues promptly
Assist with daily stock replenishment, stock running, and back-of-house organisation
Provide Outstanding Service, Always! both in person and online
Maintain store presentation standards – pristine, premium, and always up-to-date with fast-moving pricing
About You
A reliable, positive and “can-do” attitude
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trade and public holidays
The right to work in Australia
Physical capability to move and organise stock safely
Full-time role with immediate start
