We are partnering with our client who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their leading FMCG manufacturing business in a temp-to-perm opportunity. This is an excellent chance to join a fast-paced production setting where you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate maintenance work orders and manage maintenance schedules.
Ensure spare parts and resources are available to support planned works.
Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting within the CMMS.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

About You




Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and asset management principles.
Experience using CMMS systems.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
Solid communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
