You’ll take responsibility for a well‑managed portfolio of approximately 100 tenancies—75 commercial and 25 retail. The position is available because a valued team member is relocating to regional WA, and you’ll receive a proper handover into the role.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced Property Manager who:
Understands leases and property management.
Communicates confidently with owners, tenants and contractors.
Uses sound judgement and takes ownership.
Values solid systems, constructive feedback and accountability.
Has commercial property management experience; an exceptional senior strata or residential Property Manager with the capability and judgement to transition into commercial may also be considered.
