WorkPac is seeking Mechanical & Structural Site Supervisors for Mackay operations, overseeing shutdown works across Wash Plants in the Bowen Basin. You will lead mechanical crews on 12-hour shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple mine sites.

Ideal candidates have exposure to mining shutdowns, robust leadership, and current S1-S3 and G2 certifications, plus Coal Board Medical or ability to obtain one and a valid driver’s licence.
