About the Role
Reporting directly into the Directors and General Manager, this cross-functional role bridges the gap between front-end commercial bidding and site mobilisation. We are seeking a strategic operator who can actively win work, leverage a live network, and manage technical engineering risk.
Core Duties
BDM & Tendering | Source tender opportunities, develop and manage head contractor relationships, and oversee the estimating team.




Risk & Engineering | Assess geotechnical/constructability risks and review contracts to minimise commercial exposure.
Compliance & Handover | Track corporate safety certifications for pre-qualifications and manage smooth handovers to site PMs.
Suitable Backgrounds
Proven experience within groundworks and/or foundation/piling is essential. We are targeting high-calibre professionals from three primary pathways.
Project Management | Project Managers and Senior Engineers looking for an off-site role with deep groundworks execution knowledge.
Estimating | Senior Civil Estimators ready for leadership who possess solid client-facing skills.
Commercial | Contracts Managers or Senior Quantity Surveyors.
Must have
