Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‐volume stock within a specialist area. You will lead a team of 20+ to drive service, training and ensure the widest range and best prices for customers.
You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising and Store Leadership, and support Health & Safety while taking on a minimum 1 in 3 weekend roster and occasional public holidays.
