About the Role
We're looking for someone who can confidently step into projects with minimal supervision and manage the architectural documentation process from concept through to construction.
Working closely with our Director, you'll be responsible for producing high quality documentation, coordinating consultants and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Produce detailed architectural documentation using Revit.
Resolve design issues independently.
Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
About You
You'll ideally have:
6+ years' experience in architectural practice (or equivalent senior drafting experience).
Advanced Revit proficiency (essential).
Strong residential project experience, with multi-residential experience viewed favourably.
Excellent understanding of Australian construction methods and the National Construction Code.
Ability to work independently and make confident technical decisions.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and pride in producing quality work.
