We are looking a passionate Chef de Partie or Demi Chef to join our kitchen team
Couples are also encouraged to apply, with jobs available in other departments.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be/have:
Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
Experience creatingdaily changing menus.
A supportive and strong team member.
Exceptional time management andorganisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
Reliable and flexible attitude.




A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests on a daily basis.
Skills & requirements
Minimum two years experience within a similar standard of kitchen
Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles
Experience in daily changing menus is favourable
Ability to work autonomously
Supportive and strong team player
Exceptional time management andorganisational skills
Flexible approach
Responsibilities
Ensure consistency and highest quality in taste, presentation and appropriate food for guests at luxury lodge
Preparation of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Working cohesively and productively with all other departments of the business
