Opes Immigration Lawyers Juris League is a boutique law firm predominately practicing in Property Law, Conveyancing, and Estate Planning.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality legal services.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to engage a Family lawyer to address our growing enquiry base for family law related matters.
The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join our growing team.
If you have 2+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law, you will thrive in this role with opportunities to manage complex cases independently and mentor others.
If you have less than 2 years PAE we encourage you to apply too!

This role offers the chance to work on interesting family law matters while growing your career with tailored mentoring and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of family law matters independently, including property and parenting cases.
Represent clients at dispute resolution conferences and all Court events including directions hearing and interim hearings.
Draft and manage legal documents, including correspondence, Applications, Affidavits, Consent
Orders, Financial Agreement and Child Support Agreements.




Work closely with Counsel on complex cases and offer practical legal advice to clients.

What We're Looking For
2+ years PAE in Family Law is preferred.
Strong drafting, time management, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with Smokeball or PEXA software is an advantage but not required.
A positive, proactive mindset with a desire to grow within the firm.
