About The Role

Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision and pace matter equally. Whether you're looking for part time or full time hours, we're flexible - what matters most is the quality of your craft.

A day in the life

As a JOINER / CABINET MAKER, your daily tasks may include:
Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery products to specification
Interpreting plans and preparing cutting lists for each job
Measuring, cutting, routing,



gluing, and assembling timber components with precision
Operating CNC, panel saw and other workshop machinery safely
Ensuring accurate alignment, fitting, and finishing across all joinery work
Working collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines

About You

The ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:
Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry
Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
Previous experience using panel saw, edge banders and CNC machines
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Demonstrable ability to read and interpret plans
Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
