As aSales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering5-Star serviceand ensuring each customer finds the perfect clothing, footwear, and decoration solution.

What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with customersin-store, over the phone, and via email to provide expert advice and service.
Delivering exceptional customer servicewith a proactive, solutions-focused approach.




Achieving and exceeding sales targetswhile maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
Ensuring the store is always at its best -organised, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Handling inventory and restocking, making sure products are displayed to maximise sales.
Contributing to a high-performing team environmentby supporting colleagues and mentoring others.
What We're Looking For:
A natural people-personwho enjoys connecting with customers and building relationships.
Goal-oriented with a solid work ethic -you love achieving results and take pride in your work.
Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills -you stay focused even in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy -comfortable using computers, POS systems, and email communication.
Previous sales experienceis great but it essential, apositive attitude and willingness to learnmore important to us!

Your roster is Tuesday to Saturday 33 hours
Tuesday - 8am to 5pm
Wednesday to Friday - *****am to 5pm
Saturday - 9am to 4pm
Possible additional hours available by arrangement.
We are located at 86 Garden Road, Richlands - Pop in anytime and meet some of the team and check out our store.
If a manager is available they will meet with you and show you around.
