As ourSales Managerat ourOakleigh Southvillage, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our villages by leading the end-to-end sales experience for prospective residents and their families.
You'll be responsible for achieving sales and settlement targets while ensuring every interaction reflects Summerset's commitment to respect, transparency, and genuine care.
Working closely with theGroup Sales Manager, village leadership, and onsite teams, you'll develop and execute effective sales plans, build strong community relationships, and act as a visible ambassador for Summerset both on site and within the wider community.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the end-to-end sales journey, guiding prospective residents and their families from initial inquiry through to settlement.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and delivering against sales and occupancy targets.
Drive demand through proactive outreach, community engagement, networking, and local market awareness.
Conduct village tours, presentations, and follow-up activities that showcase the unique lifestyle and benefits of Summerset.
Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience, building trust with residents and their families throughout the sales process.
Manage family relationships during resales, refurbishments, and move-ins, ensuring a seamless and positive transition into the village.
Work collaboratively with village leadership, marketing, and operational teams while representing Summerset as a trusted and respected brand within the Oakleigh South community.
Qualifications




You're an experienced sales professional who combines strong commercial acumen with empathy, integrity, and a genuine passion for working with older people.
You're confident building relationships, comfortable managing complex conversations, and motivated by achieving results the right way.
You'll Also Bring:
Proven sales capability with a strong ethical approach.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
A genuine interest in working with older people and a positive attitude towards ageing.
Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
The ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
