A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known, high-performing real estate brand in Brisbane’s north-west suburbs. We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our rent roll by securing current managements and building robust relationships with local investors and landlords.
Generate and convert current property management business
Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
Build relationships with landlords and referral partners
Work closely with a high-performing property management team
About You
Real estate experience preferred (BDM, leasing, sales or property management)
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, organised and results focused
Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willing to obtain)
