Melbourne Scaffold Solutions is a well established scaffolding hire company with 30+ years experience across commercial, industrial and residential projects in Melbourne.

We're looking for a hungry, well-connected sales person to help us grow our commercial pipeline.

This role is for you if:
You already have robust relationships with builders, developers, site managers or construction companies in Melbourne
You've worked in scaffolding, construction, building materials or equipment hire
You know how commercial construction procurement works
You're self-motivated and comfortable working independently
You want to earn based on what you bring in — not a fixed ceiling

What you'll be doing:
Reaching out to commercial builders and developers across Melbourne
Generating leads and converting them into scaffolding hire contracts
Managing relationships with clients on an ongoing basis




Working closely with Matt (the owner) to quote and close jobs
