The Role
This is avaried and rewarding HR Advisory role, combining phone and email advice with onsite and remote client consulting.
You'll be trusted to deliver practical, commercially sound HR advice while building solid, long‐term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering timely and pragmaticHR, ER and IR advicevia phone and email
Providing onsite and remote consulting services, including:
Training workshops and webinars
Attendance at HR meetings
FWC responses and presentations
Interpreting Modern Awards and keeping clients informed of changes and updates
Developing strong, ongoing relationships with membership clients
Managing and updating our clientHR document library
Collaborating on a variety of internal and client projects
Attending client and partner conferences and exhibitions
Working closely with our experiencedHR Advisory teamto deliver best‐practice outcomes
About You
You're atrue HR all‐rounderwho enjoys autonomy, problem‐solving and trusted client relationships.
You will bring:
Proven experience in anHR advisory or consulting role, ideally supporting small businesses
Strong, practical knowledge ofemployment relations across diverse industries
Experience designing and deliveringtraining and workshops(onsite and online)
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to shared goals
Confidence, empathy and professionalism in every client interaction

Location
This is a Sydney based role, based in the CBD office Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Work From Home Tuesdays and Fridays.
This role is 5 days a week – however there is some flexibility with hours.
