The Opportunity
Compliance Officer | Sydney | Part-time | Hybrid
We're seeking a Compliance Officer to join our collaborative Group Risk & Sustainability team.
Reporting to the Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer, you'll be a key member of a small team with a unique chance to gain exposure across compliance, sustainability, reporting and governance.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting & Data Management
Collect, validate and consolidate data from multiple business units and systems.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Sustainability Support
Assist with sustainability, ESG & environmental reporting activities.
Collect, maintain and validate sustainability data and supporting evidence.
Assist in preparing sustainability communications, presentations and reports.
Compliance & Governance Support
Maintain compliance registers, policies, procedures and records.
Support compliance monitoring and assurance activities.
Assist with internal and external audits and information requests.




Project Coordination
Support implementation of risk, compliance and sustainability projects.
Track actions, milestones and deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, reports and presentation materials.
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong data management and reporting capability.
Experience in compliance, administration, governance, sustainability or risk-related roles (desirable)
