We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to leadtechnical delivery across complex application and infrastructure landscapes. Priorknowledge of Vulcan and Leapfrog is essential.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical teams to deliverprojects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
Act as the primary technical point of contact forproject stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
Oversee application and systems analysis acrossCOTS, bespoke, and SaaS platforms
Ensure effective design and implementation of systeminterfaces, data flows,



and integrations
Provide direction on solution architecture,environments, and deployment strategies
Ensure solutions align with cybersecurityfundamentals and IT governance standards

Mandatory skills:
Knowledge of technical applications such as Vulcan and Leapfrog
Experience in application and systems analysis,including:
Bespoke/custom applications
SaaS platforms
Proven experience in managing and leadingtechnical teams
Experience coordinating with businessstakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (includingnetworks, servers, cloud platforms and end-user endpoints)
Robust understanding of data flows and systemintegrations (APIs and middleware technologies)
Familiarity with vendor technologies andsolution architectures
