We are seeking a motivated and reliableCustomer Service Representative to join our Coffs Harbour Branch.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Greet customers on arrival
Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries
Process Repair Orders and Invoices
Liaise with Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff members
Communicate with customers and relay accurate information
To be successful for this role you will need:
Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
Be organised and proactive
Driver's License
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High level of ambition
Quick thinking and problem solving skills
Willingness to learn,



grow and adapt to a changing environment
Participation in rotating Saturday roster
Preferred but not essential:
Previous experience with Equip or similar Operating System an advantage though not essential
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Service Advisor
