Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation systems




Perform fault finding, system monitoring, trend analysis, and optimisation of HVAC and environmental controls
Respond to building faults, alarms, and operational incidents
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and specialist works
Support general facilities maintenance and hands-on building operations
Assist with building upgrades, projects, and system improvements
Participate in on-call and out-of-hours support when required
Support inspections, contractor coordination, and operational activities
About You
You are a practical, solutions-focused professional with experience in building services or facilities management and a robust technical mindset.
You will bring:
3+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, HVAC, or similar technical environment
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or HVAC controls (highly desirable)
Trade background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or similar (desirable)
Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

Strong knowledge of building systems and HVAC operations
Ability to analyse system data, alarms, and trends
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting ability
