What you'll be doing
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers while managing the recruitment process for ongoing casual, perm and contract positions across a wide range of industries, including:
Manufacturing
Warehousing & Logistics
Civil & Construction
Office & Administration
And many more
Your day-to‐day responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting phone interviews and reference checks
Filling ongoing casual and contractual vacancies
Managing candidate compliance and onboarding documentation
Assisting Account Managers with administrative and recruitment support
Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience
