About the Role:
We are currently seeking caring and compassionate Carers to join our team atBethshan Gardens Residential Aged Care based at Wyee.
Multiple permanent part-time opportunities are available across a variety of AM, PM and Night shifts, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive aged care setting.
Available Rosters
Week 1:Thu (PM) – 2:30PM to 10:45PM
Week 2:Wed & Thu (AM) – 6:30AM to 2:45PM | Fri (AM) – 6:30AM to 1:30PM
Week 1:Wed (PM) – 2:30PM to 10:45PM | Fri (PM) – 2:30PM to 8:00PM
Week 2:Mon (AM) – 6:30AM to 1:00PM | Fri (PM) – 2:30PM to 9:00PM
Week 1:Mon (AM) – 6:30AM to 2:45PM | Fri & Sun (PM) – 2:30PM to 8:00PM | Sat (PM) – 2:30PM to 10:45PM
Week 2:Wed (PM) – 2:30PM to 8:00PM | Thu (PM) – 2:30PM to 10:45PM | Sun (AM) – 6:30AM to 2:45PM

As Carer at BaptistCare, you'll be at the forefront of compassionate care, enabling residents to live well with dignity and purpose.
You'll build genuine connections, understand individual needs and routines,
and provide respectful personal and daily care.
From assisting with meals and hygiene to supporting activities that matter to each resident, your role is central to their wellbeing.
You'll also engage with technology to document care, support residents living with dementia, and uphold safety standards through WHS compliance and respectful workplace behaviours.
About You:
You're someone who:
Holds a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Communicates clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues
Is physically capable and tech‐savvy, with a willingness to learn
Understands and appreciates BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
Is committed to safe, respectful, and high‐quality care
Additional Info
Compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards is essential
Employment is under the BaptistCare NSW & ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement
Mandatory training and Police Background Check required
