We are seeking an experienced and passionateHead Barista/Cafe Managerto join our agile team at 54 Benjamin, a vibrant cafe in the heart of Belconnen.
In thisfull-timerole, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe operations, from managing the barista team to ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead the barista team, providing training and support to ensure consistently high-quality coffee and customer service
Oversee cafe operations, including rostering, and manage all catering and function bookings.
Develop and implement new strategies to attract new business and maintain existing customers.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
