You’ll resolve hardware, software and meeting room AV issues, work onsite and remotely via ServiceNow within SLAs, and keep systems running smoothly for business operations.
You’ll bring proven Windows OS, AD and endpoint management experience, solid communication, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset to help our teams and retailers stay productive and supported.
