About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, organised Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership, thinking ahead and ensuring everything keeps moving.
Rather than completing every task yourself, you'll work alongside an experienced specialist team who manage much of the administration and day-to-day processing, allowing you to concentrate on the areas where your experience adds the greatest value.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Overseeing workflow across our dedicated specialist support team and assistants to ensure tasks continue moving efficiently.
Following up outstanding matters before they become problems and making informed decisions on escalated issues.
Working closely with our experienced Team Leader and specialist staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
Providing exceptional communication, proactive service and continually looking for smarter,



more efficient ways to improve how we operate.
What You Won't Be Spending Your Days Doing
One of the biggest differences in this role is the level of support you'll have behind you. We've invested heavily in specialist support staff, and streamlined systems, meaning you won't be spending your days coordinating maintenance, conducting routine inspections, chasing compliance, processing lease documentation, managing paperwork or getting buried in administration. Our dedicated specialist team already looks after majority of the day-to-day processing, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio, building relationships with owners and tenants, making informed decisions and ensuring everything continues to flow efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll be highly organised, proactive and naturally take initiative, with the ability to stay one step ahead and keep multiple priorities moving without being prompted. Rather than simply working through a task list, you'll be someone who identifies what needs attention, works collaboratively with our specialist team and ensures every property, owner and tenant receives exceptional care. Whether you've been in property management for two years or twenty,



attitude, drive, accountability and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture are far more important to us than years of experience alone.
