Key Responsibilities
Support the Precinct Manager in the day-to-day management of the Darling Park security operations.
Lead, mentor and supervise the onsite security team, ensuring high standards of performance, presentation and professionalism.
Assist with roster management, staffing, leave planning and shift coverage.
Conduct regular audits, inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with client and Glad Group requirements.
Manage incidents, investigations and reporting, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, contractors and other stakeholders.
Ensure all staff maintain compliance with mandatory training, licensing and site-specific requirements.
Assist with performance management, coaching and development of team members.
Support emergency management activities and provide leadership during incidents.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with implementing operational initiatives across the precinct.
Roster: Saturday to Wednesday
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a security leadership role, preferably as a Site Manager,
Supervisor or Control Room Supervisor.
Current NSW Security Licence.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent report writing and administrative capabilities.
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.
Ability to work independently while also supporting the broader management team.
A strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive client relationships.
Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and security industry best practices.
