What you'll be doing




You'll lead the commercial delivery of major data centre and property projects, providing strategic cost advice from early feasibility through to project completion.
Working alongside Project Managers, you'll provide integrated commercial support across the project lifecycle, helping clients make informed decisions around procurement, cost planning, commercial risk and project delivery.
You'll build strong relationships with developers, consultants and contractors while becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Sydney Cost Management team.
What you'll need
5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management within a consultancy environment
Experience delivering major property projects, with Data Centre experience highly regarded
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
AIQS, RICS or equivalent professional accreditation, or working towards chartership
