About the Role
You'll take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately
100 properties
, with anticipated growth to around
******* properties
over time.
Managing the portfolio from end to end, you'll build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while being supported by experienced people around you. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.
The business utilises
Reapit (Console/IRE)
and
Inspection Express
, with established systems and processes designed to make your day run as smoothly as possible.
What You'll Be Doing
End-to-end management of a residential portfolio




Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals and routine inspections
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work collaboratively with a fun and supportive Property Management team
You'll Be Supported By
Hands-on mentoring from the Head of Department
An experienced Property Management team
Two dedicated Property Management Assistants
A Leasing Manager handling leasing activity
About You You'll ideally have:
Experience as a Residential Property Manager or Junior Property Manager
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and organised approach
A positive attitude and someone who genuinely passes the "pub test"
A desire to be part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team
