Your Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop a production team of ***** employees

About You




You're a proven Production Manager who enjoys leading from the front and knows how to build engaged, high-performing teams.
You'll Bring
Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Steel or aluminium fabrication experience
Current Forklift Licence
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Mechanical fitting and or Auto electrical experience
