Greencare and NuLeaf are online medical clinics working in the alternative medicines sector. We are a small, dynamic and fast-growing group that has been operating for 5+ years, connecting patients with qualified practitioners via telehealth to explore alternative, natural health solutions. Our practitioners take a highly responsible approach to prescribing, and provide dedicated support in cases where traditional medications haven't been suitable for a patient's needs.
We're also preparing to launch a new telehealth clinic in the coming months, expanding our reach into a new area of patient care.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're recruiting an experienced Sales Manager & Trainer to work directly with our bookings team to improve pitching, conversion rates and overall performance across our clinics. You'll coach existing staff, help set up and test new sales channels, and support hiring and training for our teams.
This is a hands-on role. You won't just advise from the sidelines. You'll listen to calls, refine pitches, and where we're launching new channels, get on the phones yourself to test and validate the process before handing it over to the team.




To be successful in this role you will
Have proven experience coaching or training bookings teams, ideally in healthcare, telehealth or a high-volume call environment
Be comfortable with hands-on sales, testing and pitching directly, not just training from the sidelines
Possess strong communication skills and confidence giving direct, constructive feedback
Have experience building sales scripts, playbooks or training frameworks
Be comfortable working autonomously and adapting quickly across multiple brands and channels
Have a keen interest in the natural medicine and telehealth industry
Experience hiring or onboarding bookings staff is a plus
Experience with Best Practice and/or Halaxy, Podium and/or Go High Level and Google Drive is desirable but not necessary (training also provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and coach our current bookings team on pitching, objection handling and conversion techniques
Listen in on calls and provide direct, practical feedback
Help refine and standardise sales pitches without making them feel scripted
Test and set up new sales channels directly, including running sales yourself to validate the approach
Build repeatable pitches and processes for the bookings team to follow once a channel is proven
Support hiring and onboarding of new bookings staff across our clinics
Identify and help develop current sales opportunities across current and future brands
Collaborate with Management to align on training priorities and new opportunities
This role is a 3-month contract, part time (up to 20 hours a week), with the possibility of extension based on outcomes.
