Diploma qualified Casual Educators
to join our team at our Logan Reserve Centre. This is a
casual position
offering flexibility and variety in your childcare career. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop. Your work will directly impact the lives of young learners and their families, making this a rewarding opportunity to contribute to early childhood development within our Centre community.

Key responsibilities
Providing high-quality, age-appropriate care and education to children in line with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences and activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning
Building positive relationships with children and families, ensuring effective communication about each child's progress and wellbeing
Supporting children's transition and settling periods with sensitivity and care
Supervising children's play and activities while promoting independence and social skills
Following health, safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all children
Contributing to team meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Responding flexibly to casual shifts as they become available.




Have the flexibility to be available up to 5 days a week, and across the service's operational hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm.
What we're looking for
A valid Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Positive Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Flexibility and reliability in responding to casual work opportunities
Understanding of the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
Experience working in a regulated early education and care setting is advantageous
Availability to start as soon as possible.
