Join a leading global bank in a key operations role supporting corporate and wholesale banking clients across Asia Pacific.
This role sits within a busy Corporate Banking Operations team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of lending, payment, settlement and reconciliation activities. You'll work closely with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure transactions are managed smoothly, issues are resolved quickly and service standards remain high.
This is a great opportunity for someone with banking operations, payments, settlements, lending operations or trade finance experience who enjoys detail, problem-solving and working with stakeholders.

This role supports Asia Pacific markets and works the following hours:
12:30pm – 9:00pm during non-daylight savings
11:30am – 8:00pm during daylight savings
What you'll be doing
Processing and monitoring corporate lending, payment and settlement transactions
Investigating and resolving payment, cash, system and reconciliation issues
Responding to transaction-related enquiries from internal stakeholders and corporate clients




Providing clear updates on payment formats, cut-off times, operational requirements and issue resolution
Supporting onboarding, account setup and payment channel requirements
Maintaining accurate records, reports and exception handling
Working within SLAs, controls, policies and compliance requirements
Liaising with teams across Relationship Management, Treasury, Markets, Compliance and Operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in banking operations, payments, settlements, lending operations, trade finance or corporate banking operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and corporate clients
Robust attention to detail and accuracy when working with transactions, payments or reconciliations
Ability to investigate issues, ask the right questions and follow matters through to resolution
Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and manage time-sensitive tasks
A proactive, client-focused approach
Exposure to SWIFT, RTGS, Direct Entry, corporate lending, reconciliations or payment investigations will be highly regarded
This is not a processing-only role. You'll be working with stakeholders across the business and supporting corporate clients, so clear communication, professionalism and follow-through are important.
