Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a
Certificate IV in Business
over 24 months, located in Norwest & hosted by
DD Consulting.
This traineeship would suit a recent school leaver with a genuine interest in
business and/or ICT
to join the team as an Administration Trainee. This role provides a solid foundation in business administration while completing a
Certificate IV in Business Administration
. This role will also be a flexible working arrangement with
opportunity to work from home!
The traineeship offers exposure across different areas of the organisation, supporting the development of practical workplace skills in a professional consulting environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to start their career and explore longer‐term pathways over time.
What You'll Be Doing
Project support and documentation:
Help organise projects, update documents, and keep records accurate and up to date.
HubSpot / CRM data management:




Maintain client information, update records, and support basic CRM reporting.
AI tools and digital workflows:
Assist with everyday AI tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and workflows.
Basic technology support:
Provide first-level support with office software, systems, and general tech setup.
Consulting exposure and client support:
Support consultants with client work, communications, and meeting preparation.
About You
A recent school leaver looking to start a career
Keen to learn and complete a Certificate IV qualification
Reliable, organised, and willing to ask questions
Basic computer skills and an interest in technology
Interested in a long‐term career in business, with potential to move into ICT
