We're excited to be looking for a
Network & Systems Administrator
to join our Sydney team! In this role, you'll dive into interesting technical challenges, support cloud and system access issues, and take ownership of complex customer problems from start to finish.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity, device security, and secure application access.
Work directly with customers to diagnose and remediate configuration and integration issues.
Log, monitor, and manage customer incidents, requests, and tasks to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met.
Assess the nature and priority of incidents, requests, and tasks; elevate or delegate to the appropriate support teams when required.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and clearly document findings for internal stakeholders.
Provide end-to-end incident ownership from initial logging through to resolution and customer confirmation.




Assist new users with IT hardware collection and setup.
Ensure recent equipment (e.g., laptops and mobile devices) is fully configured, updated, and deployment‐ready prior to release.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of customer-facing technical support experience, with a minimum of 1 year in SaaS support.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers.
Exceptional English communication — proficient at writing documentation and explaining difficult technical concepts to non‐technical people.
Genuinely enjoys customer-facing support and being the person people come to.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, traffic routing, and firewalls.
Strong ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment, with advanced diagnostic and root‐cause skills to resolve complex, cross‐system issues end-to-end without escalation.
Practical knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/UDP), IP addressing, and common diagnostic tools (ping, tracert, nslookup, telnet).
Experience managing Windows 10, Windows Server ****, SQL Server, and Azure environments.
Willing to work on site to our office in Sydney CBD, Australia
