What You'll Be Doing
As a Process Worker, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring products are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently:
Collecting and preparing ingredients based on recipes and production standards
Accurately portioning and assembling meal components into trays
Ensuring no contamination across sealing areas of packaging
Performing visual quality checks to identify defects or foreign objects
Following recipes, specifications, and work instructions precisely
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times




Working closely with team leaders, QA, and fellow production staff

What You Bring
Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (preferred)
Ability to read and follow recipes, SOPs, and work instructions
Understanding of food safety, GMP, and HACCP practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending) and cooler environments
