The Low Down
A large enterprise is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change activities for the implementation of a new enterprise portfolio management platform.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you'll take ownership of business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement and training to ensure a successful September go-live and set the foundation for future rollout phases.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and deliver engaging end-user training.
Create and execute communications plans.
Lead business readiness activities ahead of go-live.




Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Support a successful September implementation and future rollout phases.
What Success Looks Like
Around 7+ years' experience in Change Management.
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations within structured project or PMO environments.
Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.
Initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the Sydney office and 2 days from home.
