The role
We are looking for an Assistant/Account Executive to add value to our already successful team.
Duties will include:
Credit Control/Debtors Management/Monitor and follow up overdue payments
Providing administrative support to the team so that our clients are well supported
Building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Maintain accurate client records and documentation according to company standards (Salesforce)
Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance guidelines, regulations, company policies and operating procedures
Let's Talk About You
Insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience in a different industry or trade is also valuable. Most important is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
To be successful in this role you must be able to:
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and the needs of the client
Be Customer Focused in all that you do
Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
Have good communication and organisational skills
Obtain satisfactory Police and ASIC clearances
Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act **** (FSRA) Insurance.
Permanent residency required to be eligible for this position

Must be reliable
Sound knowledge of general insurance and underwriting procedures; (Preferred not Essential)
