With a strong pipeline of upcoming works and continued national growth, we are seeking a high-performing Onboarding & Mobilisation Coordinator to help support our growing workforce.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on administrative role supporting our Talent and Mobility team with day-to-day onboarding, mobilisation and coordination tasks.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
As part of our Talent & Mobility team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation process, including:
Coordinating pre-employment medical assessments and monitoring results
Arranging police checks, work rights verification and other compliance requirements
Scheduling client and company inductions
Booking flights, accommodation and mobilisation logistics for employees across multiple projects
Tracking onboarding progress and ensuring all pre-start requirements are completed on time
Maintaining accurate employee and mobilisation records across HR systems
Monitoring compliance against company and client requirements
Performing regular data quality checks to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
Responding to enquiries from candidates, employees, clients and external providers with professionalism and urgency
Supporting continuous improvement of onboarding and mobilisation processes as the business continues to grow
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for delivering a great employee experience, including:
Experience in administration or coordination, ideally within HR, recruitment, workforce planning, mobilisation or project support
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability and willingness to continuously improve the way work gets done
What We're Looking For
Administration and coordination experience, ideally with HR, recruitment, or workforce support exposure.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate Microsoft Office capability.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the learning agility to adapt and pivot as required.
