The Opportunity
We're expanding our Brisbane team and looking for multiple physiotherapists ready to build real depth in a niche specialty. Whether you're a couple of years into your career or looking to sharpen your clinical edge, you'll find a genuine pathway for growth — and a caseload that makes coming to work feel worthwhile.
Roles are available across our Brisbane clinics —
Everton Park, Greenslopes, Nundah, Capalaba and Taringa
, with a possible additional opening in the
CBD
. We'll work with you to find the site (or sites) that suit you best, and there's genuine variety on offer if you enjoy working across locations.

You Don't Need to Be a Headache Expert to Apply
If you're passionate about treating headaches, migraines and jaw pain but don't yet have specialty experience — that's completely normal, and it's not a reason to hold back. Every clinician on our team started exactly where you are now. We teach, train and mentor from day one, building your skills gradually in a secure, supported learning environment, with senior clinicians alongside you as you grow. What matters most to us is genuine interest in this kind of work — the expertise, we'll help you build.
Who We're Looking For
APHRA-registered physiotherapist
2+ years' clinical experience
A genuine interest in musculoskeletal and headache/neck/jaw presentations (training provided — no prior Watson Headache experience required)
A team player who takes pride in patient outcomes and professional development
