Are you a agile, experienced manager with a proven track record in managing high-energy, fast-paced hospitality environments? We’re looking for a seasoned Duty Manager to take the reins across our busy, high-profile venues and help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences day in, day out.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and knows how to keep their cool while engaging others to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Leading a large and diverse teams (FoH & BoH)
Driving service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Implementing and maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards
Coordinating with senior management on strategy and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:




Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
Hands-on knowledge of both FoH & BoH operations
Demonstrated success managing large, busy venues with high footfall
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to improve systems, workflows, and profitability
Resilient, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
