Our client is a well-established, highly regarded agency in the Hills offering a manageable portfolio of just 80–100 properties, allowing you to deliver the level of service your landlords and tenants deserve.

The Role
Manageable end-to-end portfolio of 80–100 properties
Salary negotiable based on experience
Leasing only every second Saturday, typically 2–4 appointments
Weekday RDO when working the Saturday roster
Supportive, close-knit team with outstanding staff retention
Robust focus on customer service and long-term client relationships

Responsibilities
Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of 80–100 properties
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance,



repairs and routine inspections
Manage arrears, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio administration
Conduct leasing appointments every second Saturday

Experience
Previous experience managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
