Coolway Trans | Glendenning, NSW | Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Coolway Trans is a family-owned, 100% asset-based temperature-controlled carrier operating nationally. We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Glendenning office on afternoon shift.

Straightforward role, busy office, positive people. You'll work closely with the Depot Manager / Shift Supervisor and keep the paperwork side of the operation running clean.

What you’ll be doing
Linehaul paperwork and driver debriefs
Local pick‑up paperwork
Checking PODs against driver runsheets
Customer service — phone and email enquiries




Supporting the Depot Manager/Shift Supervisor with general office duties

What you’ll need
Previous transport industry experience (essential)
Good attention to detail — paperwork needs to be right
Comfortable working afternoon shift
