About the Role
As the face of our business, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers with their tyre, servicing, and automotive needs.
Your Day Will Include
Providing expert advice on tyres, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
Building long-term customer relationships through trust and exceptional service
Managing front counter and telephone enquiries professionally and confidently
Preparing quotes, invoices, workshop bookings, and customer follow-ups
Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians
Assisting in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and high-performing store setting




Opening and closing the store as required
Processing point-of-sale (POS) transactions and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
What We're Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience in a face-to-face environment
Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Stock control or stocktaking experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
High levels of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
