We are currently seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to join a bespoke joinery business based in NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker or Workshop Supervisor to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of factory operations, production quality, and a skilled team of tradespeople.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, lead a team of experienced trades, coordinate with the drafting department, and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of tradespeople within a busy joinery workshop
Oversee daily factory operations, workflow, and production quality
Act as the link between the workshop and drafting team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Provide guidance and support to tradespeople, assisting with technical queries and problem-solving
Maintain a hands-on approach,



assisting on tools when required
Ensure all joinery leaving the factory meets the required quality standards

About the Opportunity
Permanent full time position with a salary package of $90,000 - $120,000 + overtime (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner
Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience preferred
Solid understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes
