We are seeking a Cadet (Junior) Residential Project Coordinator to join our motivated and enthusiastic team. HYTEK Group are excited to provide a outstanding prospect to grow your career in the fastest growing part of the framing industry.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
The ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of our Projects
Building Design or Drafting Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
Domestic and/or Commercial Detailing Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
Site Supervision is an advantage, but not a requirement
General understanding of the Construction Industry
Knowledge about the Light Gauge Steel and Structural Steel Industry is an advantage
Knowledge of the N.C.C and Relevant Australian Standards
Experience in Framecad, Tekla or other relevant software
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Motivated and Enthusiastic Attitude with a willingness to learn and commit to the overall success of HYTEK Group.
Duties:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Understand and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and hydraulic drawings and documentation
Communicating with clients from Project award through to Project Completion, overseeing the Detailing, Manufacturing and DeliveryProcess
Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, colleagues and all other relevant stakeholders
