Vinarchy, formed in 2025 through the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, seeks a Contract Pack Customer Manager. This role is the voice of the customer across planning, operations, winemaking and finance to ensure satisfaction, demand alignment and on-time delivery.

You will lead key accounts, drive onboarding of current clients, and manage SLAs, KPI performance and cost-to-serve insights. A solid, cross-functional approach is essential in this FMCG/beverage workplace.
