We are seeking to engage the services of an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Branch/State Managerto join our team based in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the National OperationsManager, in this pivotal role you will be responsible for:
Managing the branch operations, including employees, inventory, work flows and business partner relationships.
Demonstrating the technical features and advantages of products to new and existing customers.
Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with business owners, tyre retailers and material handling companies.
Implement national and state objectives.
Developing business plans to increase profitability and share of market.




Mentoring and Steering a medium sized Sales, Service and Warehousing Team
So that you are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:
Previous experience within thetyre industry, particularly Industrial & Construction, will be a distinct advantage but not necessary.
Previous experience Managing & Mentoring Operational/Sales teams
A robust business aptitude.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A willingness and desire to continuos learning.
