We are seeking a warm, professional and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our growing specialist pain management practice.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and patient-focused team working alongside a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician in a contemporary, newly established clinic in the St Andrews Precinct.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
Answering phones and handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Scheduling appointments and managing clinic lists
Coordinating theatre bookings, procedure lists, and hospital liaison
Preparing and managing pre-operative and post-operative documentation
Processing patient billing, Medicare claims, and EFTPOS payments
Preparing patient files and correspondence
Liaising with hospitals,



referrers, and other healthcare providers
General administrative support to the practice team

About You
Previous experience in medical reception or administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environmentProfessional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
