Leading Hand or Senior Carpenters – Redland Bay to Main Beach

We are an established commercial construction company delivering a wide range of building projects from Redland Bay to Main Beach. With new projects about to commence, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter to join our team and help deliver these developments.

This leadership role is a great chance for a skilled carpenter ready to guide and mentor a small team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, managing multiple construction sites while ensuring high-quality project completion. We are looking for someone committed to collaboration and effective communication, fostering growth within the team.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Site Manager and project team to deliver high-quality carpentry works for this current build. Duties include:




Leading and supervising small teams of carpenters and labourers
Completing all aspects of carpentry, including framing, cladding, soffits, fit-outs, and detailed installations
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Ability to lead crews and manage workflow on site
Strong commitment to safety and quality
